Pets at Home
Museum of the HomeIn collaboration with Cathou Averback, a concept writer, our proposal ‘Pets at Home’ for the Museum of the Home was shortlisted in response to their competition for a digital immersive exhibition.
It is a multisensory experience inviting families into the world of pets. Through a series of different experiential rooms (‘homes’) that each embody a theme around pet keeping, the exhibition explores how pets transform the spaces they are in.
Showcasing a variety of stories narrated by the pets themselves, the experience encourages families to recognise how the emotional experience of pet keeping brings us together – spanning cultures, times and traditions.
